Leading through data insights and story telling, Sammi leverages the power of knowledge throughout her network, market insights & risk management and supply chain network optimization to connect today's consumers back to the farm, while maximizing profits and managing risk in between.

As the Manager of Dairy Analytics & Insights at Foremost Farms, she leads market-driven mass balancing efforts and delivers critical data insights that shape dairy solids forecasting, member relations and cooperative strategies. Her work is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and profitability, ultimately increasing the value delivered to cooperative members. 

With a B.S. in Agriculture & Food Business Management from the University of Minnesota and a Data Analytics Certification from Cornell University, Sammi blends technical expertise with strategic vision. Her career includes key roles at Land O’Lakes and Foremost Farms, where she has driven commodity market analysis, risk management, member relations and supply chain optimization to enhance financial insights and long-term business growth.
